Until now.
The Coalition
to repeal DOMA is well underway and Christianist-Evangelicals are shaking in
their boots and pissing all over their church pews.
I
have often said that a minority like the Christianist-Evangelical, radical
religious fanatics have had far too much power for their small numbers. They
are vocal and influential and it is because they have the backing of one major
political party: The GOP. As if that wasn’t enough, they also have the support
of one cable news channel of their own: FOX. That is besides all the television
and radio stations they own and operate nationwide. It seems
that every Tom Dick and Harry is in the Tele-evangelist business and it must be
very profitable or there wouldn’t be so many.
The
Dominionist Christianists also have in their favor more than a couple of
millennia of dominance and total control of government and the narrative
through superstition and ignorance. They have the balls to call that TRADITION…I
call it wrong, a travesty of the respect for human dignity and the freedom of
the individual.
But
we are here, we just about had it with these wing-nuts and it was inevitable
that we all joined forces to fight their homophobia, ignorance, superstition
and their insistence in turning America into a theocracy. I think that the
majority of Americans are already suffering from acute Evangelical fatigue and
just about had it with these wing-nuts.

Last fall the Senate Judiciary
Committee approved a repeal of DOMA, but the bill was not advanced to the full
chamber because it would not pass there. A House version of a DOMA repeal bill
would likely not survive its committee. However there is some hope that
Democrats may improve their position in Congress this fall.
SO, YOU ARE WARNED EVANGELICALS OF ALL PERSUASIONS – WE’RE HERE
AND WE’RE GOING TO CRUSH YOU UNTIL YOU ARE HUMILIATED OUT OF EXISTENCE.
MARRIAGE IS A BASIC HUMAN RIGHT, NOT A HETEROSEXUAL PRIVILEGE
