Men who sexually abuse
children are called “PEDOPHILES” and it should make no difference if the victim
is a male or a female because it is an unconscionable crime.
Where am I
going with this? Very simple: Society in general has a misconception that gay
men are the only ones committing rape and sexual abuse on children. The
homophobes will attack ALL HOMOSEXUALS when one perverted gay takes advantage
of a young person.
Those
in our society who are homophobic accuse all gay people of trying to “recruit”
children into homosexuality, when we don’t really need to do that because it is
something that is born with the person. I for one, as are most people, prefer
mature individuals. I admit that I like them younger…say in their 30’s, 40’s
and 50’s but to me a pubescent youth holds no attraction and even repulses me.
But aren’t
there a lot more heterosexual perverts attacking young girls? If that is the
case, then we should all condemn heterosexuality for their behavior and to
persecute discriminate and humiliate all heterosexuals for the crimes of a few.
Then again, it is thought that everyone is heterosexual and homosexuality is a
learned behavior and there is a perception out there that only gay men are pedophiles
when there is plenty of evidence that there are also heterosexual men who have
this affliction and carry it out to repugnant rape, submission, and even
violence.
We have been
hearing recently a lot of sexual abuse on the part of some priests; are we now
going to say that all priests are pedophiles? Or are we going to say that all
Catholics are pedophiles or enablers? Certainly not, but the Catholic hierarchy
has been very diligent in ignoring, covering up and paying hush money to keep
these occurrences hidden from public scrutiny…and that includes the present
Pope.
"But it still remains confounding why the higher-ups in the
hierarchy didn't yank these criminals out of ministry at the first report of
their despicable transgressions."
Sadly, this
is not a Roman Catholic problem or an American problem; it encompasses all
religions and it is a world-wide problem. Some societies are a bit more
tolerant and even encourage older men to take young pre-pubescent wives, while
others just dismiss it as part of the macho culture. The truth is that young
women in a lot of other countries have no rights, are subjected to child abuse
and oftentimes forced into prostitution.
“Quran 65:4 obviously
stipulates Iddah to divorced
prepubescent girls. Moreover, the Quran prescribes no waiting period or Iddah
for a divorced woman, who makes no sexual contact with her husband.
Therefore, divorced prepubescent girls need to observe Iddah, simply because
sexual contact has occurred between her and her husband. This proves beyond any
scope of doubt that the Quran endorses pedophilia, the most abominable and
perverted of all sexual crimes.”*
“Pedophilia is one of the more
common paraphilias; the large worldwide market for child pornography suggests
that it is more frequent in the general population than prison statistics would
indicate. Together with voyeurism and exhibitionism, pedophilia is one of the three paraphilias most commonly
leading to arrest by the police.
The onset of pedophilia usually
occurs during adolescence. Occasional pedophiles begin their activities during
middle age but this late onset is uncommon. In the United States, about 50% of
men arrested for pedophilia are married.
The frequency of behavior associated
with pedophilia varies with psychosocial stress . As the pedophile's stress levels increase, the frequency
of his or her acting out generally rises also.
Pedophilia is more common among
males than among females. In addition, the rate of recidivism for persons with
a pedophilic preference for males is approximately twice that of pedophiles who
prefer females.
Little is known about the incidence
of pedophilia in different racial or ethnic groups.”
