SMALLER GOVERNMENT, LESS REGULATIONS, FISCAL CONSERVATISM

You hear them saying:

“I WANT THE GOVERNMENT OUT OF MY LIFE, LESS AND SMALLER GOVERNMENT, BUT I ALSO WANT THE GOVERNMENT TO GO IN YOUR BEDROOM AND ACT AS THE MORAL POLICE TO TELL YOU WHO YOU CAN GO TO BED WITH AND WHAT YOU CAN AND CAN’T DO WHILE YOU ARE IN THERE”

I don’t want a big government takeover of the Health Care Industry. That is SOCIALISM. But I don’t want anybody to touch my SOCIAL SECURITY and my MEDICARE.

Never mind going after the adulterers, those who are really responsible for damaging the SANCTITY OF MARRIAGE. As long as a man has multiple female partners, as many as possible seems to be the thing these people admire and it is very fashionable and awesome to have a man stick his dick in a dirty cunt. That is to the homophobes and the social conservatives the preferred behavior.

Now it looks like there is a new impetus, a new second breath for the public option. One observation and a suggestion: This time the Democrats should act quickly and not let the Republicans drag it out because that has been the way that traditionally they have taken legislation to their graves. We are not going to get any bipartisan cooperation from them and they have defined themselves as obstructionists. There is no room for them in the next try, so they are just going to have to sit it out and be excluded. BUT LET’S DO IT QUICKLY.

  1. I'm all for smaller government, it's just a question of what is the role of government. Free markets have their uses and strengths...efficient utilization of capital and resources. So government should get involved when things get out of hand and people are simply means to the bottom line.

As for the polemics about socialism and fascism, I tend to ignore those as being unserious and uninformed individuals.
