I know what you are going to say. This is just a copy of the sexist real Miss America Pageant and that having men in drag only reinforces the stereotypes of gays feigning to be women.
But think about this: imitation is the best form of flattery. Like it or not, there is a segment of our gay population that identifies more with their feminine side. In any case, these fine young men/ladies do perform a very important role in gay society and to a certain degree even mainstream America: they keep us entertained as some of them are very talented and their ability to “transform” themselves is truly an art.

Toe-tapping Craig dropping appeals; plans to open Senatorial Library at MSP International Airport
MINNEAPOLIS
(AP) — Former Idaho Sen. Larry Craig has reached the end of the road in
his effort to reverse his conviction in an airport bathroom sex sting,
one of his lawyers said Thursday.
Attorney
Tom Kelly said Craig had decided against asking the Minnesota Supreme
Court to void the conviction. The decision means the legal wrangling in
the case is over.
"We've concluded that the Supreme Court would not accept this for review," Kelly said. "It would be a futile exercise."
Uh,
would that be the same kind of futility as trying to get someone to
suck on the old hypocrite's cock in an airport toilet? Goodbye Larry.

is "retiring" more than a year and half after being arrested is a sad
commentary on the state of US politics. Few people have done more damage

Former Miss California Carrie Prajean is bitching that her right to free speech has been violated
Former Miss California Carrie Prajean who caused a stir at the 2009 Miss USA pageant because she said she was against gay marriage claims that she was stripped of her title because of her politically incorrect statement.
Nothing could be further from the truth. Ms. Prajean does not take into consideration that her right to free speech is intact, everyone respects that. She was working for a private enterprise and they have the option to fire her or keep her. They opted for firing her because according to the Pageant she was not keeping up with her contractual agreement. Enough said, she is a slacker who is used to not working hard just because she is pretty, a wall flower, a goodie goodie two shoes who never put in a hard day’s work in her life.
She has been living a very sheltered life and has been raised in a “good Christian” home, as she puts it. (The term GOOD and CHRISTIAN is debatable) It is obvious that she has never met any criticism and she has not encountered any type of opposition to her narrow minded views.
Once she became a public figure, she had to be exposed to all kinds of people and all kinds of criticism if she did do or say something wrong.
Ms. Prajean was devastated and appalled by the criticisms she received. She wasn’t ready for that. She is so used to getting her way, probably throwing a temper tantrum whenever she wants something or says something that this totally sent her into a state of shock.
Ms. Prajean could not understand why people were being so mean to her, why they were saying those horrible things about her. “Just think, how could they criticize me for saying that marriage should be between a man and a woman” The criticism she got is not nearly as harsh as the stupidity and mean spirited essence of her ideas. To equate her criticism as something mean as opposed to denying a very large group of people their civil rights is not anywhere near as serious. To say that a large group of people don’t have those rights because you hold some religious views based on an erroneous interpretation of the Scriptures and therefore those people should be relegated to second class citizens is a pretty mean-spirited, hate filled concept.
I just wonder how Ms. Prajean would feel if someone would deny her the right to get married along with over one thousand other rights she now enjoys as a heterosexual woman.
Ms. Prajean has gone on to be the poster child of Republicans, speaking publicly and pushing their agenda to repress GLBT minorities. She just doesn’t get it, does she? Maybe if I tell her: SHUT THE FUCK UP YOU FAKE TITS, PRIVILEGED WHITE LITTLE BITCH she might understand.
